Exhibitors
Exhibitors please read the description of the space you are reserving. Table sharing is not allowed and only 1 business per space. There are no refunds given for any reason. Set up is Friday August 1 from 3-9pm . There is no Saturday setup. All exhibitors may enter at 8am Saturday day of show to put final touches on their space. The show floor opens at 10 am and closes at 6pm. No early breakdown unless instructed. No one under the age of 16 is allowed on the show floor during setup and breakdown.
Artist space
A 10 FT wide by 8FT deep space for exhibitors to sell items. Banners cannot exceed 6ft tall. Anyone selling prepackaged food must be approved before reserving space. No refunds will be given no exceptions. Setup is Friday August 1 only, no one will be allowed to setup on Saturday. Comes with a 6ft table 2 chairs, pipe & drape. Must be an original creation no mass produced items.
